Basement Remodeling
A basement remodeling project can be a terrific way to take an existing unused space and convert it into an extra bedroom, a children's play area, a home theater and more. What is the ball park square footage price to finish with framing a bedroom, installing a bath and the rest as media room with bar? I realize this is general, but I want a general idea of costs. We purchased a Condo in St. Pete and loking to add a 2nd bathroom (toilet, Vanity, and shower, update the 1st one which has a tub, toilet, and vanity. In addition we will look to have wood floors added and baseboards/window molding replaced. Looking to do ASAP.
